Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

Last Updated: September 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Visionize Marketing collects, uses, processes, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, software, services, integrations, or other products. "Visionize Marketing," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Visionize Marketing LLC, the legal entity that operates our services, located at 81 Stony Hill Road, Brookfield, CT 06804, United States.

1. Scope Of This Policy

This policy applies to information we handle through:

Third-party websites and services, including Meta, Google, and others we link to or integrate with, have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

We do not store full payment card numbers on our websites. If you pay us, payments are handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, which processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites, we and our technology providers may automatically receive:

C. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from platforms you or our clients authorize or connect, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), the CRM and scheduling platform that powers our booking calendar, forms, and chat (LeadConnector), advertising platforms such as Google Ads, and other integrations chosen by the user.

3. Meta Platform Data

When a user, client, or authorized representative connects a Meta account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, advertising account, or other Meta asset to Visionize Marketing, we may receive information made available through Meta's APIs. What we receive depends on the permissions approved by the user, the permissions approved by the applicable business, what Meta's APIs make available, and the specific feature being used.

Depending on the permissions and features actually authorized, this may include:

We only receive Meta Platform Data that the user or client has authorized, that Meta makes available to our app, and that is needed to provide the requested functionality. We never ask for your Facebook or Instagram password.

Meta Platform Data is processed only for the services the user or client has requested, in line with the permissions under which it was obtained and the applicable Meta Platform Terms. When we act on behalf of a client, that client's Meta Platform Data is used for that client's authorized purposes and is not used to operate another client's Meta account.

4. How We Use Information

We only process Meta Platform Data for purposes consistent with the permissions provided, Meta's applicable terms, and the user's or client's authorized use of our services.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and the protection of legal rights. The basis that applies depends on your jurisdiction and the context.

6. How We Share Information

Service Providers

We use vendors that help us with hosting and cloud infrastructure, databases, analytics, CRM, scheduling, chat, email and SMS communications, payment processing, application monitoring, customer support, advertising, automation, and security. They receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us, subject to contractual or legal restrictions where applicable.

User-Directed Integrations

If you connect Visionize Marketing to another platform, information may be exchanged with that platform as needed to carry out the action you requested.

Advertising Partners

Our websites use the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, which share browsing information with Meta and Google to measure and improve our advertising. See Sections 13 and 14.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or enforce our agreements.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Meta Platform Data Sharing And Service Providers

Meta Platform Data is only disclosed or made available as necessary to:

Service providers that handle Meta Platform Data for us are expected to process it only to provide their services to Visionize Marketing and not for their own unrelated purposes, subject to our agreements and applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain legitimate business records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Meta Platform Data is deleted when it is no longer reasonably necessary for an authorized, legitimate business purpose, when required by Meta, when required by applicable law, or following a valid deletion request, unless retention is legally required. Backup copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until they are overwritten through normal cycles, where legally permissible.

9. Data Deletion Requests

Anyone can ask us to delete the personal information Visionize Marketing holds about them, including Meta Platform Data where applicable. You do not need an account to make a request.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email us at james@visionizemarketing.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your name and the email address, phone number, business name, or Facebook Page / Instagram account connected to our services, so we can locate your information.
  3. Tell us whether you want all of your information deleted or only specific information (for example, Meta Platform Data only).

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive information we do not need.

What Happens Next

  • We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on the request, to protect you from fraudulent requests.
  • Once verified, we will delete or de-identify the personal information and Meta Platform Data under our control, unless we are required or permitted by law to keep certain records (for example, for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes).
  • Copies in secure backups may remain for a limited time until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.
  • We will confirm by email once your request has been processed.

Removing Our Access Through Facebook

If you connected a Meta account to Visionize Marketing, you can also remove our access at any time in Facebook under Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations), and removing Visionize Marketing. Removing access stops new data from being shared with us. To have data we already received deleted, please also send the email request above.

These instructions are also available at https://visionizemarketing.org/data-deletion.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To make a request, email james@visionizemarketing.org. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email and opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of certain sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Because our websites use advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, you may request to opt out of this sharing by emailing james@visionizemarketing.org. You can also use the browser and platform controls described in Section 13. These rights apply only where the relevant law applies to us.

Visionize Marketing is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

13. Cookies And Similar Technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, keep internal tools signed in, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

14. Analytics And Advertising Technologies

Our websites currently use:

15. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure cloud hosting, authentication and role-based access controls on our internal tools, and restricting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. Security Vulnerability Reporting

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our websites or services, please email james@visionizemarketing.org with the subject line "Security Report" and enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. Please do not access, change, or delete other people's data while investigating.

17. Children's Privacy

Our services are built for real estate professionals and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at james@visionizemarketing.org and we will delete it.

18. Third-Party Services And Links

Our websites and services link to or integrate with third-party services, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, and LeadConnector. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

19. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Where required, we will communicate material changes through our website, email, or another appropriate method.
